This is the one we most want in our inbox. If something about your inspection workflow is worse than it needs to be, or a platform you have paid for gets something wrong, write and tell us. We read every one, and features get built because a technician asked for them.

Go to Support instead. It lists what to include so we can fix it on the first reply, and it covers the one thing worth knowing up front: if an inspection is stuck on your phone, do not delete the app.

Accounts, records and data removal

Requests to close an account or remove personal details are handled through Support, and the Privacy Policy explains who decides what happens to inspection records. If you only want to be taken off the launch list, email me and say so — that one takes seconds and needs no explanation.
