Support comes from the person who built the software, not a call center. Email
[email protected] and describe what happened.
Looking for the free CodeGreen Tools app instead — calculators, the code
reference, or NICET practice? That page is here.
If an inspection is stuck on your phone, do not delete the app. The mobile app
stores inspections on the device and syncs them when a connection returns, so uninstalling is the
one action that can lose field work. Email us first and we will get the data off the device.
What to tell us
Any of these that you know will get you an answer faster:
- Your company name, and the email address you sign in with.
- The property and the inspection you were working on.
- What you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected instead.
- A screenshot. On an iPhone, press the side button and volume up together.
-
For the mobile app, the Bundle created date from
Profile → App version. It tells me exactly which build you are running.
Things you can fix without me
-
Forgotten password. Use the password reset on the office app sign-in page. If
your account was set up for you and you have never signed in to the office app, ask your
company’s CodeGreen administrator to resend the invitation.
-
How a feature works. The office app has a built-in Guide covering every
discipline and office screen, kept current with the software itself. It is the fastest answer for
“where do I enter this” questions.
-
Fire alarm and code fundamentals. Our free
Learning Center covers general fire alarm and code knowledge. It is training,
not product support, and it is free to anyone.
Accounts, and how to have yours removed
CodeGreen ITM is sold to fire protection contractors, and user accounts are created by an
administrator at the contractor you work for. There is no public sign-up inside the mobile app, and
a technician cannot create or delete their own login.
If you want your account closed or your personal details removed:
-
If you are a technician or office user, ask your company’s CodeGreen
administrator, who can deactivate your account directly. You can also email us and we will act on
your administrator’s instruction.
-
If you are a building owner or property contact and your name or phone number
appears in inspection records, contact the contractor who performs your inspections. They decide
what happens to that data and CodeGreen ITM acts on their behalf. See the
Privacy Policy for why the distinction matters.
-
If you are the account owner and want the whole organization and its data
removed, email us from the address on the account and we will confirm before anything is deleted.
Working without a signal
The mobile app is built to keep working with no network connection. Inspections, photos, and
signatures are held on the device and sync when service returns, and the app shows what is still
waiting to upload under Profile → Offline data. If that queue is not clearing once you
are back on a good connection, that is worth an email.
